A mindfulness exercise on eco-emotions that invites participants to notice what emotions, bodily sensations, imagery, and feelings arise for them as they listen to an account of the state of our climate.

This exercise is part of my series of facilitation tools on eco-emotions. They support people to slow down and explore what they’re feeling about climate injustice in a safe and constructive way. All exercises are trauma-informed and use some form of mindfulness, contemplation, creativity, or internal observation to invite participants to get to know and process the eco-emotions they feel.
