A reading and exercise that invites reflection. It frames the climate crisis as being rooted in a deeper paradigm of disconnection within society and within ourselves.
This exercise is part of my series of facilitation tools on eco-emotions. They support people to slow down and explore what they’re feeling about climate injustice in a safe and constructive way. All exercises are trauma-informed and use some form of mindfulness, contemplation, creativity, or internal observation to invite participants to get to know and process the eco-emotions they feel.
